I appreciate the communications regarding the status of my car both by the texts and even a call from Roger. Additionally, I asked a ton of questions and spent a lot of time trying to figure out exactly what to do to repair my car. Roger was incredibly patient the whole time and even took me in the back to look at another car to explain the issues. The workmanship looks great and my car is "good as new"!! Thank you!!

Every staff member went out of their way to be both helpful and friendly. All work was explained in advance and at the time of pick up. I love the text alerts, made me feel confident that the work was being done. The work was completed early and to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Altra Collision Center!
