I would rate it an eight out of the 10 realistically mainly because the quality of the service looked amazing and looked brand new and nothing seems out of order in my vehicle, but because I haven’t inspected my vehicle properly or drove it or tested out or really look at the repair I can’t read it in full honesty. If it would’ve been a month from now review I would’ve rate a 10 out of 10 but for now you get a five but the service and the people are very friendly, quick and easy no problems.

This was the second estimate that I got at Altra and I thought it was gonna be a lot more than the other one because the other one was mobile. But I found out I couldn’t use mobile because I didn’t have electricity close enough to my townhouse. Surprisingly they really weren’t that much more, and they were very much worth it they were so friendly and nice and they even touched up a few spots for no charge. They did an amazing job. I would recommend them to anybody. They’re extremely professional. And care very much about their work and their customers. I also love that they have a dog at the office. You can tell a lot about people that bring their pets to work. If you’ve got denser things in your car, and you care about quality workmanship take your car here.

This company was absolutely great very professional very friendly. And very honest. The work was top notch, and they even threw a couple of things in for free. I also really like the fact that they’re small business family owned and take a lot of pride in their work. Not giving my money to a big corporation that doesn’t need it. I like supporting a working family and helping the community. I highly recommend them.

The customer service was personal and professional. Once again, not dealing with a great big corporation, but dealing with a family owned community driven company they know they have to keep their reputation intact. Their dog also gave great customer service as well.

I brought the car back because it was screeching. Was told that it will fix itself in a couple days. It’s been over a week and it’s still embarrassingly loud. Also my car can’t read tire pressures anymore. The car looks better though

Their staff went above and beyond to bring my vehicle back to life after a car crash. During every interaction they treated me with respect and kindness, communicated regularly, and followed-through on every promise they made. The body work is stellar and they returned my car sparkling clean, inside and out. I cannot recommend them enough--and I will be recommending them to family, friends, acquaintances, co-workers. Altra made me feel like an appreciated and valued customer every step of the way.
