I really appreciate how transparent you guys were from the start. As soon as I pulled into your parking lot Casey was already out there assessing what type of damage and work was needed for my car. He brought us inside and introduced us to the kind lady in the front and their dog. Sat us down and literally showed us some of the parts that were needed to repair my vehicle. Gave us our estimate which seemed 100% reasonable and we were on our way. Less than a month later we already had our car back looking better than it did before. Within that period of time that our car was at your shop we were constantly being updated with what you guys planned on doing next and the condition of our car. The professionalism and hospitality is unreal. Thank you to Altra their staff for making my unfortunate situation a lot less stressful.
