From quote to completion, the staff was professional, helpful and courteous. They provide text updates throughout the repair process and are flexible with scheduling. This was my first time using Alvis Body & Frame. I took them a tough repair, which was a damaged tailgate with a creased dent. Another shop (Caliber Collision) insisted it could not be repaired and the tailgate had to be replaced. I did not want to go that route because it would then need Line-X sprayed to match the bed and was expensive. Alvis was not only able to do the repair, but made it perefect even down to perfectly matching the paint on a six year old (NOT garage kept) truck. I highly recommend Alvis Body, will to any friends or family with a need and this shop will definitely be my go-to for any future needs.
