My experience here was absolutely amazing. Kristina was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, and fun to talk to. This didn't feel like a normal "customer service" interaction it felt like I had made a new friend. She was also on top of EVERYTHING, constantly one step ahead of me. The day I brought in my car, Enterprise picked me up and when I came back in the rental as soon as I walked through the door she was already holding my keys up for me with a smile so I could get my stuff out the car and into the rental and it continued like that throughout the entire time my car was there. Any little concern I had she was on top of it and always gave me updates as soon as they were available. Lord willing ill never be in a car accident again but if I do I won't go anywhere but here!!! Thank you Kristina you are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!

I recently had a damaged drivers side mirror replaced by American Collision Center. The work was flawless, quick, and a great value. I’d had the vehicle, a Toyota RAV-4, in for two other rear-end repairs, in the past year, and those repairs were perfect, too. The personnel are all very professional and accommodating schedule-wise and in every manner. The shop is Toyota Certified and as a two Toyota-Vehicle family, they have become our ONLY vehicle body repair facility. In today’s world where its often hard to get good quality work at a reasonable price, American Collision Center stands out as the best. I’m so happy we’ve found them.

Everything about the mirror replacement was good but the calibration issue was not good. We were told the calibration had been done but when I got in the truck, the same error message appeared on the screen - blind spot monitor malfunction, cross traffic monitor malfunction - see your dealer. I called the minute I pulled out of the parking lot and stated the truck had not been driven to see these notifications. I went to the dealer where these things were recalibrated and it cost over $1,000. This is concerning since the truck was at your repair place for much longer than originally quoted.

American Collision Center is the best place in San Antonio if you had a car accident no matter how deep the damage is. They will baring your car back to life, like it was never hit before. This is exactly what they did with my 2025 Toyota Camry. My car had a severe front end damage and I never thought it will be fixable especially after I took it to multiple places who refused to work on it. I got my car back again 2 days ago and it feels like a new car now. I don't know how they did that, but Mr. Falah hands have magic touch. I'm greatful for the phenomenal service you guys did for me and I highly recommend this place to everyone. You will never be disappointed with them.

KRISTINA your great. You do alot I see it and management see it too. Ask for raise. I was calling progressive and Enterprise and the shop too. Making sure everyone was aligned with each other. Now I have to wait for progressive, shop and rental to align again. Which can be a fews day or weeks or maybe a month. To return my truck second time and get it done the right way now. The condition of my truck? which only has 2,500 miles on it, is completely unacceptable. I repeatedly emphasized that I didn't care how long the work took, provided it was done right and returned looking new; instead, I received my vehicle with paint residue on the side steps, dirty doors, and mysterious white residue in the bed. Most concerning, however, is the dent behind the front right fender that I discovered within minutes of picking it up. It is impossible to believe that no one noticed this while the vehicle was being moved around the shop, inspected by workers, reviewed by Progressive, and finally checked by management. The standard of work here is nowhere near what is promised on the sign hanging above your mini-fridge. I truly don't want to be 'that guy,' but when a shop fails to notice obvious damage during multiple levels of inspection, it speaks to a total lack of care that has left me incredibly frustrated with this experience."

I was very pleased with the thorough work American Collision Center did when analyzing the vehicle and their effort to provide the best repair while keeping in mind the safety of the owner. I felt taken care of the whole time and felt that my vehicle was in safe and honest hands. The one thing I recommend is to join all the insurance companies, like State Farm, Progressive, Geico, Liberty Mutual, and USAA, as trusted collision centers, as it makes everything much easier when dealing with the insurance companies. Overall, it was not highly apparent, but it would smooth insurance communications better. I am very happy with the communication with American Collision, as they knew what was going on with my car every time I called. I would also recommend updating the link for the vehicle repair tracker to include the ability to send messages through it or see updates on what the repair team is waiting on to move forward with the vehicle. Thank you for all the great work you provided to my vehicle. I totally recommend American Collision Center for any future collision repairs. I love that they are certified by Toyota, GMC, Subaru, and many more. Keep up the great work!
