Both Leah and the lovely lady at the front desk were friendly, professional, and organized! They additionally made the phone calls to both the insurance company and car rental agency for me, thus minimizing leg work on my behalf. Thank you for a pleasant experience! I was satisfied with all areas of the experience except the representative I was in contact with overlooked that my insurance company gave an estimate and payment to me for my vehicle damage prior to bringing it to the shop, which resulted in confusion on what I owed them at pick up and 2 days delay on getting my vehicle back.
