While the core repair was completed in a timely manner and the vehicle/item is functioning, I am not completely satisfied because a few plastic trim/front end pieces are still loose and not fully secure with noticeable play.

While the advisors was nice and helpful I am disappointed because I wasn't provided progress updates and completely failed to fulfill request for deferring repair on part to allow for replacement with aftermarket part as discussed upon vehicle drop off

Entry and exit staff were pleasant and experienced. Knowing that a GM dealership employs factory educated technicians who have longevity in their employment and craft is comforting.

Turnaround was prompt and exactly what I was told. It was clear Brekken Jackson has vast experience in autobody repair, parts inventories, and working seamlessly with the insurance carrier.
