The work was excellent but our car was in the shop for 28 days which seemed excessive for relatively minor repairs and was very frustrating.

The people were very friendly, but there seemed to be a problem with communication between Westfield and the body shop. I feel it may have been Westfied who dropped the ball, but not sure. My car was in the body shop for 5 weeks because of communication problems.

Fantastic customer service. They were overly communicative throughout the repair process, providing me updates when insurance claim had been processed, when parts were ordered, and when they expected the repair to be complete, which they beat by 2 days. Scott and Michelle are terrific to work with!
