I did not like the idea of not signing accurate paperwork. What I signed said I was paying deductible. Yet was told Apex received an email stating deductible waived. The paperwork should have reflected that.

I am very happy with the work you did on my car. The people who helped me at the front desk were friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. The people who did the actual repair work did a fast and expert job. When I picked up my car it was beautifully detailed — cleaner probably than any time since it was new. Job well done, Apex!

Everything is explained nice and clear from the girl at the front desk. She knows her stuff! She/they worked with my insurance company to deal with the issues. I picked my car up today and it was cleaner than when I dropped it off 16 days ago! I really like this place. Unfortunately, I had to bring my previous car there in June. It was declared totaled. They helped he through a very stressful situation, again dealing with the insurance company as well as helping me coordinate the rental car pick up and drop off at their location. If I ever have the misfortune of having to go to an auto body place, Apex is where I would go to.

The front office staff was very courteous and made us feel very comfortable instantly. Our car was presented to us in very professional way… super clean, detailed, and shown the work done. Since our car’s color is metallic, with the position of the sun we could not check the color match but it looked super cool. I would recommend Apex Auto Center Framingham to anyone looking for a repair. Thank you AAC for the excellent job.
