Very detailed oriented not only in the repair but also in the final clean. For example when opening the hood the engine bay is very clean. Most important of all, the repair job is really well done. I am more than happy to recommend Apex auto center to anyone without reservations.

I had a great experience at the beginning of the process because when we have an accident we don't know how we will resolve the situation. I was able to count on all their support right after the accident. In addition to excellent work, my car was perfect. I highly recommend it. All the staff are very well educated and guided to direct us in the right direction.

I cannot begin to say enough amazing things about Apex Auto Framingham!!! Right from when I first pulled Justin and Rob were sooooo proactive setting up the claim for my car to be fixed , getting the rental taken care of for me, and having my car repaired fast!! Rob and Justin were so professional, so friendly and extremely knowledgeable explaining everything about the process, etc to me ! They worked with my insurance company directly! The work Apex Framingham did repairing/replacing the major damage I had was above exceptional! They even cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car (believe me it was a nightmare of a mess!) making it gorgeous again!! I am DEFINITELY going to use Rob and Justin and the Apex Framingham team going forward with any and all my car’s needs!! I HIGHLY recommend them for you to use!! Paula :)
