1. Delays from initial estimate of 3 weeks to 2 months and 1 week. 2. 4 mistakes made ( shop agreed to fix them) 1.1 Repaint hood had bubbles ( a lot) 1.2 Replaced headlight is not vertically aligned, it's looking way down. 1.3 front grill has uneven gap ( shop agreed to align it) 1.4 windshield plastic covers on the sides installed over fenders not under them. Someone did not use a checklist to check all the small items.

Amazing service! They cleaned my car’s exterior and interior and repaired the damage from my car accident. I received my car back looking brand new! They were very willing to communicate with me in different ways, such as texting or writing notes, since I’m Deaf. Just amazing service!

Excellent service from start to finish. When I brought my car in I was greeted warmly and explained the service process clearly. While my car was being repaired weekly updates were consistent. The completed repairs looked amazing.
