We started Apple Collision Centers after larger chains surfaced in the area. The need for customer service and one on one care was a big part of our decision to start our business. We have 3 shops in the surrounding counties. All are shops are customer oriented and provide high quality workmanship. Customer satisfaction and a great repair is the goal. It would have been nice to get a follow-up call while I was waiting for parts to arrive for them to start on my car. Just a call to give me a status update. The front desk wasn't unfriendly but they weren't super friendly either.

I would recommend Apple Collision to anyone. They were fast with their service, friendly staff and appears that they did excellent work and when I got my vehicle back it was very clean. They were great!!!
