It’s hard to do a review until time passes but so far I will give a five star if I end up with an issue I will change it The suspension was put on correctly not sure on everything that is done because I haven’t got a receipt from it.

November 6, 2025 I was in a car accident. My car ended up at Apple collision in Hendersonville Tennessee. It stayed there for almost 2 months. they said my car was fixed and ready to go when I got in the car before I left the parking lot. The gear stick was still not working from the wreck. She said it came in like that then I replied because I was in a wreck two days later I tried to come from park to drive the gear stick went from park to drive but the car remained park now it’s sitting at a towing company in Springfield drawing interest and I got no money

Apple Collision Center in Hendersonville was a stress free experience. When things happen it is very nice to know you can trust a group of great employees to take the stress out of accidents that may happen. I recommend Apple Collision and will definitely use them if I have a incident again.

Status updates were practically nonexistent. I received one on the intake day, 11/24/25 and another two days before completion, 12/10/25 for what was supposed to be a 3-day repair. I initiated a phone call 12/3/25 to be told that there was a delay because of parts. I would have appreciated updates every few days, especially since there was an over two-week delay.

Communication during the repair process would have been appreciated. What was supposed to be a 3-day repair turned into a 3-week repair with no communication except upon intake and the day it was ready to pick up. All other communication was initiated by me.
