After being hit by an uninsured motorist and having to deal with complication after complication from this shop it pains me to even rate this a 1 after leaving my car for what was intended to be 5 days and turned out to be 3 weeks and I am still having to go back multiple times for issues that were not completed as they should have been initially during the repair.

Instead of proactive customer service I was the one responsible for calling the shop almost daily to check in and get status updates. This was a full time job on top of my full time job.

Wrong tone of red. Can see scratches were the paint was scratched while pitting the lower bumper bezels on, and the passenger side fog light bulb was broke.

The repair work done to the car was excellent. My beef is about being told multiple times that it would be ready by such and such time but when I would call back would be told it was going to be another day.

Paint blend wasn't done right and the trim looks like it's not pushed in all the way. steering wheel shakes badly and car turns to the left which was noticed before.

Didn't return phone calls when I was inquiring on the status of my vehicle! I was trying to plan my day so I could pick up my car on my day off from work, the day you told me it could possibly be ready! It would have been nice to at least hear from you even if my car was not going to be finished by that day, which it wasn't. The repair work performed by Apple Collison was quite satisfying however.
