When I contacted your shop about my van and needing it towed I did not receive any helpful customer service. When I made my initial call and asked how long it would be before the two truck arrived, the answer was "We don't own the wrecker so I do not know. I called back an hour later and sked about an ETA of the tow truck. The reponse was, "It just depends on how many other jobs he has today, but today sometime he will get your van picked up. He will call before he comes." I am taking off work waiting for this two to happen. Another hour goes by, I call again. The response was along the lines of "I don't know." I left because my wife was able to be there and the tow truck shows up and starts working on the van. No call. The way to handle this is to at least offer to call the wrecker service and have them predict when they may be there and then communicate this info to the customer.

Truck looks awesome. But I religiously watch my average mileage. It usually sits at 18 to19 mpg. But when I picked my truck up the average was 14 miles per gallon and the transmission was in 4 wheel drive. I guess someone took a joy ride. Very disappointing.

I would say a 6 because the personnel are not wearing masks. Most people I know would not appreciate that.

The was a plastic part that was dangling from bottom of car later that day that I received repaired car, had to wait the next week to have it dealt with, it was minor but a hassle to deal with
