after we receive the car, other issues emerged that we’re not addressed, including low steering power, an ant infestation, and difficulty starting the engine. Now having to take it to another dealership. I was told that this was fixed.

The manager is arrogant. Kept yelling out of his office “I hate being rushed ( he made a billing mistake with my insurance). Kept repeating it. I never experienced a so called professional acting like a kid.

There was little to no communication with the office or Jim the manager. It took a month and a half to repair my car. My insurance ran out on the rental and I ended up paying out of pocket because of the excuses by Apple. It was very frustrating working with the manger Jim.
