The guy you have who is writing the estimates lacks integrity. We caught him attempting to scam us on a few items. We did not agree the additional costs he was alleging so did not pay more than was fair but he still tried. He also gave us a verbal estimate on some other damage on the car that was outrageous--to the point of being laughable.

I was in an accident & my rear quarter panel was damaged, Apple COLLISION in Hendersonville, TN replaced the entire panel although the damage was minimal. They were EXCELLENT with the repair and I was Very Satisfied and Impressed. They were also Professional and Courteous and kept me updated on the progress of the repair. I appreciated that. THANK You again Apple for a wonderful experience!

The text updates were very helpful and much appreciated. When we went to pay for the charges, we were advised there would be an additional fee for credit cards. This would have been helpful information ahead of time as we ended up paying by check, which caused a 24 hour delay in us picking up the vehicle. Also when my daughter started driving the vehicle home, my husband who was driving behind her noticed that the lights had not been plugged back in. This could have caused a big issue for my daughter. Overall we are pleased with the service. Thank you!
