The office manager Jessica is phenomenal…great attitude and overall customer service. However the service guy Jim leaves a lot to be desired… from his pissy attitude to his lack of follow through with getting back to me about my repair… he’s not very friendly and presents as a know it all. Furthermore I had a minor scrape that needed cosmetic repair that wound up costing way more than what he initially quoted. I will never use the Hendersonville location again because of him.

Apple Collision in Hendersonville was great! They kept me on the the status of my car repair. All my questions were answered promptly and in detail. Jessica was very professional and made this experience that was very stressful to me smelling easer than what I thought is was going to be. Jim the manager of the Hendersonville location was also, very helpful and made the experience go very smoothly!! I would recommend the Hendersonville Apple Collision to everyone that needed body repairs on their car to go to that location.
