Overall, good experience given it’s a body shop. I do appreciate and truly liked the text updates at every milestone. Even though it took longer than expected I was informed why there were delays and understood completely. Will definitely recommend.

Staff was great ! I’d rather you charge me an extra $9 for the repair rather than seeing a $9 car wash charge. The à la carte charges seem to rub most people the wrong way.

I got my car fixed after an accident and insurance is dealing with them and I never got my skid plate back they won’t look at cameras nor figure it out now I have to provide a receipt of the said skid plate but I can’t cause it was on my truck when I bought it used
