1) repairs were not fully completed. 2) communication was inconsistent and not as promised 3) repairs took longer than told by a week 4) on the positive side you towed my car 3/4ths f the way to my home which was appreciated.

Quality of mechanical repairs is outstanding. Customer service reps need to get training on followup, call backs and not treating good customers like ACC doesn't want the business even though ACC solicits that business.

2 week lag time for initial repair estimate. No call backs on requested info. 23 work day turnaround abusing customer good faith patience. Amateurish description of parts on oral estimate, "one of the lines is leaking on the driver's side".
