Your staff and facility were great as always. Going above and beyond to get us the rental truck was very nice. The automated updates were not as frequent as I would of liked but Dillion was great in responding when I reached out for updates.

You want me to explain, but failed to explain what's and why. Working through email with me and the insurance cost me an extra $1000 in rental cost. 1 appraisal should have did the job. Then bumper wasn't properly repaired.

From Miss Dawn in the office to Chris in the shop and Miss Amanda on the way out - everyone was absolutely friendly, professional and courteous. The only downfall is they weren’t cheap haha. But I can honestly say I’ve felt comfortable and smile through the whole process.
