It took just over a month to get my car back and I exhausted my rental car coverage and and had to pay out of pocket for a few days. I was frustrated that there seemed to be some communication issues between the collision center and my insurance company and it caused inconveniences to me. I also asked the collision center if they could do anything to cover a rental since my car was taking so long to get repaired but they said they couldn’t help with that.
