Athens Collision Center was completely professional, approachable and communicative. They did a fantastic job of repairing my vehicle. They were easy to contact with my questions. They consistently kept me up to date. They also communicated directly with my insurer, thus taking a burden off of me by not having me as a middle man. Athens Collision Center also reminded me to make sure that my insurer complied with my diminution of value clause, bringing an extra monetary bonus to me when it could have been easily lost is the paperwork shuffle. I believe Athens Collision Center did the best possible job in the most professional and personable manner.

The employees were good, however my vehicle where the repairs were, was not aligned, my hood still is not fully closed. The fender that was replaced is not aligned close to the vehicle body. There were dents and stuff marks on my vehicle that was not there when the vehicle was dropped off and my engine was clean and not it's dirty. Sure the employees explained why it was dirty but never try to clean it n or tell me how. It took them a month to repair pair it. I thought by taking it to a Fird dealership collision center I would get Ford parts and the parts would be cut to fit the vehicle, but sadly they don't. Atleast that's what the techs said.I will not use them again, if something unexpected happens again.

Excellent workmanship. It was a little long to finally complete, with Geico likely being the delays. The 9/10 reflects our overall satisfaction, however.
