Kiana and Monica at the front desk at this collision shop are phenomenal. Courteous. Friendly , engaging respectful and always greet you with a smile and your know your name. Never did I feel anonymous there. The follow up is impeccable ! Nikki who seam to be running the entire show is on top of everything and kept in contact with me through the entire process of having my car taken care of. When I went to pick up the car it looked great! Detailed to the point of it looking & smelling brand new. Upon picking the car up I was greeted by Christian Villanueva to go over he car with me. He is like a one man concierge service like I’ve never seen in a body shop. We went over the car. I drove it home. The next day I noticed that some minor adjustments needed to be made. I contacted Christian He asked me to bring it right in. We went over my concerns and had me return the next morning. Everything was made perfect and was able to pick up the car the same day. These guys are awesome.

Everyone I encountered was fabulous front desk was extremely helpful and very pleasant with all of my questions. I first met with Clifton, and then Lynn handled the rest for me. She was incredible, very responsive and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience My car came out beautiful, I’m very happy:) I will definitely refer to anyone with ears lol Thanks again!!

There aren’t words to express how AMAZING Atlantic Coast Collision was to us. From the very first PHONE CALL, they exhibited professionalism and a willingness to help us with our situation. Clifton, our technician was open, honest, and informative when breaking down the situation with our car. We took his advice about putting money down to get all the parts. We delivered our car on Wednesday and on the day of writing this, Friday of the very same week, we had our car back. The ladies offered rental options if we had need of it when we dropped the car off, and Lynn another of the techs that worked on our car was also amazing. God forbid we have to return anything to Atlantic Coast, but if we do, we know we’re in great hands, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else EXCEPT Atlantic Coast Collision to handle your your auto accident needs. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Atlantic Coast Collision, Clifton, and Lynn and Support Staff SO VERY VERY MUCH!

I don’t care about the longer than usual wait since the end result was left me pleased. I rather it be done well, than rushed and be done poorly. Since the quality of the work was good, I can definitely reccommend to friends or acquaintances.
