From start to finish we were completely pleased. Atlantic was on the list of Allstate vendors, so being out of state, we picked them due to proximity to house. They exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommended them even if they are not the closest repair shop to you. I researched them before and found the they appeared to have the most positive reviews, and very little in negative reviews compared to other companies

From start to finish then owner Nicki and her staff were professional and efficient. Since we were paying out of pocket for a repair, they did everything possible to expediate the repairs which was much appreciated. Car now looks brand new !.

All repairs were completed, customer service was amazing. Nicki and staff do a very good job with keeping customers up to date and aware of work being completed. Had a minor issue when I went to pick up my car but that issue was dealt with immediately. I had to leave the car an extra day but I am very pleased with the response and the attention the issue was given. The repairs were completed to my satisfaction. Thank you!!!

A lot not their fault but my car was in the shop over 3 months. There was a second delay after they discovered a part they needed. Felt like that should have been caught on the first try. Now my car is back with them because of a programming issue.
