I could not thank Atlantic Coast Collision and their staff enough for everything they did for me. This review is the least I could do to be able to express my gratitude. I got into a car accident about two weeks ago and was referred to Atlantic Coast through my insurance to make the claim process easier. Now I see why they work with them! I arrived and the first thing Nickie at the front desk asked me was if I was okay and took it from there. The little things matter in certain situations and in this case, Nickie was exceptional and so so kind. She made everything so simple and quick, and easy to understand; after getting into an accident, the last thing anyone wants to do is have to think about doing everything themselves. Nickie made sure I was well taken care of and had Chris inspect my car to get the estimate. He assessed my car and got right to it. My car was ready in less than a week and it looks BRAND NEW! Squeaky clean and shiny as can be. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO NICKIE AND CHRIS!!! I couldn't stop thanking them when I was leaving. If you're still reading this, in conclusion, I highly recommend if you need a quick and efficient place to take care of your car needs. Thank you Atlantic Coast Collision! The work done on my car is very good. My only concern was about updates. My car was in the shop for 25 days and I received only one update. I called several times and seldom got satisfactory info.
