My hint is, it should a complete specification about oil change such as type of oil reference and quantity. Addionally should be a sticker where the data for the next oil change should be appeared. Example: date and mileage for the next oil change. Thank you

This was the worst communication service I've had to deal with. And order for me to receive information and the status of my vehicle. I had to reach out. I had to do the foot work by calling the insurance company. Making 3 way calls to insure they have the correct information to get my car fix. 31 days later my car. My car was fixed but .This was the worst experience ever… i will never come back!!!

I was very upset when there was an unfortunate accident with my brand new (to me) dream truck. After the minor collision I drove straight to the body shop - having used ACC previously for cosmetic repairs as I always buy pre owned vehicles. Clot was patient and thorough in describing what would need to be done and taking the time to work on things immediately to see if we could mitigate some of the repairs needed. Despite this being minor, relatively speaking, no one was hurt and the damage was mostly paint, he heard my angst and treated it with utmost urgency. Without an appointment he took my vehicle and ACC began the work right away. I appreciated the regular text updates as to the status and the follow today that was promised when I happily got my keys back earlier than expected. Everyone I encountered was friendly and welcoming and professional. Smooth experience and a beautiful “new” truck… again!
