It was a long process, with my Jeeps top starting out on national back order. Then 4 months later to find out it's no longer available. As anyone could imagine, I got frustrated. I was encured rental car bill after bill. For months and months. Finally Ms Nikki stepped in a made it her personal assignment to make sure I taken care of. The communication between the company and myself got better. I was kept abreast of every step of the process. Prior to that, if I didn't call them, they didn't call me. Finally after about another month she found a supplier with the top and advised when I would get it. They would get it in. Paint it and call me to bring in my jeep to finish the work. Prior to coming to pick it up they detailed the interior as over the extended time my roof was damaged, the elements of rain and moisture had taken a toll on my interior. Gladly to say I picked up my vehicle and let out a sigh of relief as the almost year long journey was now complete. They was a time during this process I felt abandoned and wanted to take my business elsewhere but they stepped up and came through. So again I Say Thank You.

Horrible service from beginning to end. Definitely do not recommend this place. This place lacks work ethic. They cut corners, refuse to acknowledge their errors and deny responsibility, even when it’s clear their at fault. Save your self the headache from coming here.
