I was very disappointed with my experience at this body shop. Despite a strong recommendation from a trusted friend who works at Subaru of Pembroke Pines, the service fell far short of my expectations. I chose this shop, even though it’s an hour away from my home, based on their reputation for excellent service, professional expertise, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite: 1. Incomplete Repairs and Poor Communication: The estimate included new moldings for both doors, but they reused the worn-out existing ones instead. Initially, they claimed they were “trying to save me money,” even though the repair was covered by insurance. When I pointed out the discrepancy with the estimate, they mentioned that the new moldings were out of stock—information only provided after I noticed the issue. Now, I have to make another 2-hour trip to get the correct moldings installed. 2. Subpar Workmanship: The interior of the rear door looked like it was coming apart, requiring them to take the car back to fix the clips. There were also paint marks inside the doors, which is unacceptable for a professional repair. 3.I need to carefully review the estimate against the actual work performed to ensure all parts billed to the insurance were actually replaced. It’s concerning to feel like I might be charged for parts that weren’t installed. 4. Unexplained Mileage Increase: When I dropped off my car, it had 11,804 miles; when I picked it up, it had 12,049 miles—a difference of 245 miles. If the car remained at the body shop, there shouldn’t be such a large mileage increase. I suspect my car was driven elsewhere or used without my consent. Although I understand cars may need to be driven to pick up parts, I was informed that all parts would be delivered directly to the body shop. This unexplained mileage is very concerning and feels like a violation of trust. 5. Positive Note: The only positive aspect of my experience was the service provided by the front desk staff. She was very friendly, accommodating, and made a genuine effort to assist me. Her customer service was excellent—10/10. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the quality of service and lack of transparency at this body shop.

Brought my daughters car in after she damaged the back of her car from recommendation of Allstate and I will say they did a fantastic job. Communication was great the ladies in the office are so sweet and Cliff was very polite & easy to deal with. Would definitely use again in the future if I ever needed too, hopefully we won’t 🤞🏻. But would highly recommend to anyone look for a great auto body repair shop!!!
