Atlas Body Shop exceeded my expectations. Everyone I encountered, while my vehicle was being repaired, was courteous and professional. Albert continually updated me on the progress of the repairs being made. The work was completed quicker than I had anticipated and looked AMAZING. I enjoyed the use of the courtesy shuttle. Definitely a perk! Mr. Leal drove me to work and was delightful. He drove me back to the shop to pick up the backpack I had forgotten in my vehicle without complaint. He said, “The customer always comes first!” I highly recommend Atlas Body Shop.

4 I was really upset with the communication portion with updates. I don’t feel like I should have to call and get an update when I was promised to be called with an update. On top of that when I did call it was always an issue that was arising. It was next day next day to the point where it added another week to not having my vehicle. I was very disappointed with feeling like it would be done on a certain date and then it was extended for another week.

my family and I are loyal, atlas body shop customers. at the time of my accident. The insurance carrier offered various different repair options, but we insisted on Atlas to do the work as we have been loyal customers at this facility for years..

I’m still waiting on 2 different parts-the tow cover that was entirely missing from the grill which was refurbished and the clear coat is peeling-the headlight regulator sensor warning light was & is still on parts should have been delivered already but have not received a call .. there was a small ding underneath the grill tow area and the right passenger side door panel rattles ..water enters interiors right side of window

Regardless of the few fixable items still needed The entire front desk staffing ,to the body repair technicians and /mechanics had their work cut out with the extensive damages needed for repair- Albert are extremely proficient professionals .. once those items are taken care of will definitely very content with my vehicle-it’s important that customers need to be reminded that quality & the strive to close to perfection can’t be rushed..I witnessed a few rude customers which was not warranted-
