Although the repairs took a bit longer than expected, due entirely by the shipping time of the replacement parts, the job was done very well and the vehicle looks like it was never damaged! Albert was very professional and answered all of my incessant questioning in a very patient manner, even going the extra mile by dropping the vehicle off to me at my workplace as recompense for the extended repair time. Though nobody ever wishes to have an accident like this (and I hope I don’t again), I would absolutely choose Atlas Body Shop again!

JR did not submit all of the required repairs to the body shop. Atlas attempted to bill my insurance company for repairs included in the estimate, but not completed. The shop did a rush job on the repairs. JR and Christopher refused to accept responsibility for Atlas's actions. Atlas's irresponsibility resulted in my being without my vehicle in additional two days.
