Repair was fast . Issues were explained , even the unseen damaged from photos was explained and repaired. From initial inspection, clear to pickup of my vehicle processes were explained so I knew what to expect along the way. Shop was extremely professional during the whole process. Extremely satisfied with my vehicle.

I have told people already they need to go there for repairs

I was so upset about the whole situation and the other person not being covered and having to file a claim on our insurance. I decided to go with one of the partners with State Farm and chose Atwood. I am incredibly glad I did. He was great from the moment we got there to have him look at it. Made the process super easy and was very compassionate. He gave updates to my son throughout the process and that was awesome of him to do. He was so kind to my son and I didn’t take that lightly. As his mom I am thankful for kindness to him and his kindness to me. If we ever ( which I hope not anytime soon lol ) need a repair we will not go with anyone else again for our repairs.
