When we received our Honda Pilot back, we were pretty disappointed and dissatisfied. The door panel itself looked good. However, the silver trim/molding at the top and the middle didn't match up at all. It was very noticeable & uneven looking on the top & bottom of the window. The trim on the driver side passenger door was not lined up & flush like the passenger side. The trim on the driver door was loose on the end, which I was told that they would have to order a clip and would fix it when the parts came in & it could be put on the schedule. The rubber molding around the inside of the door was very loose (not even glued to the door at all) and it also had a big tear in it. It looked Terrible! I would have thought it would have been replaced new with the door. Apparently they tried to salvage the old one & not replace it. You can actually see the rubber piece sticking out of the door when it is closed. My vehicle also had a noise that I had never heard before which is very concerning. I'm hoping it is just from the rubber molding being so loose. I'm disappointed that it wasn't checked over throughly to make sure it was right before I picked it up. Now I have the inconvenience of having to drive to Chillicothe again & leave it for who knows how long. Just hoping if there is anything more that the insurance will cover it since it wasn't included in the initial quotes. Tom was very nice though when I took it in to show him & when I called about the rubber piece. He assured me that it would be fixed properly. Hopefully everything will be perfect and to my satisfaction when it is finished. This is the first time I have used Three C. We chose it due to the ratings. Hopefully it meets our expectations once it is all over.

missing a driver side floor mat there are stains in the driver side from what I assume is from workers shoes, the number is not attached properly with a gap left and is currently popping off every other. Very poor work

The technician who worked on my car did a great job everything looks good to me no complaints Chris was awesome in the office kept in touch with me I couldn't have asked for anybody better to keep in touch with me about what was going on with my car I had no problems with them and I would highly recommend them they did a great job
