New bumper looks great, it is unfortunate that we could've get a total fix done just yet, but that's no fault to Monroe's, it's a discontinued part, that apparently rusts out on all these trucks in Ohio lol.

I put a 6 because the wait time to get the appraisal was almost two hours. Because the man that done the appraisal was a talker.. Then it took another hour for him to do the appraisal because he kept talking about other nonsense.
