There was 1 little hiccup with the insurance but Perfection One worked it out. Highly recommend!!

One little hiccup was there was a couple tiny marks that was denied by insurance so I wish I would’ve been told that prior to coming to get the vehicle. Just because I had to leave it and they worked it out with the insurance to get it covered the next day.

Every staff member at perfection one collision in Chillicothe went above and beyond in all aspects of customer service. Communication to me as the customer was absolutely excellent. Emily and Adam both always answered all my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. They provided honest service and useful information about my car and all of the repairs being completed. I was extremely satisfied with my repair experience, especially in such a time of uncertainty.
