Thank you, Stephen Foster from the collision shop for being so thorough and all the updates on our car. Unfortunately, the mechanic from the Service Center only focused on the recall that the traverse are having with the coolant leakage. With that being said, we had to take our car back immediately the following day we got it . And then all the other damages were discovered which left us without a car for a month after all the transactions. Again thank you Stephen, from the collision shop for taking care of the problem & being so thorough and repairing all the damages.

Air conditioner is not working correctly and driver side door does not close completely. This is what I've noticed so far. Taking it back to the shop Monday, the 23rd, and they're going to address the problems.
