The job was done very well, and I loved the quality! If I could make one suggestion, it would be to have a courtesy shuttle to take us back home once our cars are in for repairs. Every other car service place I've been to had one, so this took me by surprise.

From the time i pulled in the parking lot to get my estimate and when i drove off the lot when my car was fix. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service and the quality of work that gave me. Amazing team! This was a long drawn out process for my family. Entirely not our fault or Auburn Valley Collision's fault, yet they took ownership of everything. They contacted my wife and me frequently and routinely to let us know progress, plans, changes to plans, and kept us abreast of the project work. We were severely inconvenienced by the wreck, and were proactively extended every courtesy and goodwill from Bob Pell and his team. Their work quality matching paint on the hood, fender and door replacements was without question highest quality. I feel like they were on our side and helped us through from start to beginning and cannot express sufficient gratitude for delivering back into our hands what appears to be a fully factory spec vehicle just like we drove it off the lot. A++ for Auburn Valley Collision!
