I was happy with the work that was done, so far, we've only had the car back for a week. With regard to them keeping me informed I had to call them dor updates. Somtimes I would have to leave a voice mail, but not get a response, so I would have to call them back only told that they would have ro talk to Bob and call me back. It took 60 days from the time I dropped the car off on May 30th til we got it back on July 28th. Delays were blammed on; supplemental parts that had to be ordered after they took the car apart; then it was the parts were back logged; and so on. When I dropped off the car they asked me if I wanted to be updated about the progress of the car and if I did what day of the week would be best, I said Wed. would be great. Needless to say the only time I got a call was on July 28th which was a response to my call earlier that day, to tell me my car was ready for pickup.
