I interacted with 4 people in the office, 3 were great to work with. One was rude, short with me and incorrect in telling me she’d have to charge me 9% extra if I couldn’t pay with a debit card.

I would have selected 10 but I had to return with my vehicle and get a couple scratches buffed out. The receptionist was very friendly and Chris was excellent with his estimate and help resolving the scratch issue. Thank you...my car looks good as new!
