I dealt with Lana, who was knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. She reviewed the damage to my car, explained the process through GEICO, and contacted Enterprise when I arrived. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Auto 360 kept me apprised of the progress throughout the week by texts. Lana met me today when I arrived to return the rental and pick up my car which looks great. She contacted Enterprise and after 1 signature, I was out the door... within 10 minutes. Auto 360, and in particular Lana, made an unpleasant situation painless. Thank you!
