For all the reasons I mentioned in the above comments. in addition, however, after having had to take the vehicle back to be completely repaired, I received no explanation as to what happened, nor an apology.

From the very beginning of my experience, with 360 auto, I was not clear on how my repairs would proceed, nor how long it would take. Even though I asked questions, my answers were never given. Clearly, I had hoped to hear progress reports, and even ask for them, but that didn’t happen either, and when I did pick up my vehicle, I arrived home to learn that part of the repair had not been done correctly and when I called to let the receptionist know I had to make an appointment for the following week. When I arrived for the appointment, the problem was cleared up very quickly. So in the end I have to say the work was done well, except for a few bumps along the way. One last comment is that I would hope their interpersonal skills would be worked on, and that they might be a little more friendly in their approach.

It took longer than what i was told and i wasnt notified when the car was ready. My insurance called and they got no answer.
