Thanks Sammy for recommending me to go to Auto 360 Garage because I had the best experience of my life repairing my car and I'm not exaggerating. I live in San Francisco but after seeing the great reviews of Auto 360 Garage I decided to take my car to the Daly City location. Gino was great and made me feel comfortable and taken care of after my car was broken into. Auto 360 Garage has state of the art facilities and experienced professional estimators like Cesar and Daniel that kept me informed about the progress of my repairs. I have to thank everyone at Auto 360 for making my car look as good as new. I will definitely be using Auto 360 for all my vehicle mechanical, auto repair and towing needs jn the future. Five stars!

We have to go back three times to fix the missing parts and the bar of the radiator was moving. I called them how many times kept saying will call you back about the status of the car when it will be done, never call back. And promised date to be finished it’s no done the they promised.

The repairs on my vehicle took longer than expected. I am very satisfied but would have liked status updates on the repairs. I had to follow up directly several times. Cesar was fantastic though & discounted my deductable- thank you.

While they did a good job on the actual repair, their communication was awful. They told me that they would order the parts beforehand, yet the repair was delayed because the parts had not yet arrived. When my repair was done, they didn't call me to tell me it was done -- I had to ask them multiple times. Used the shop because they are on Geico's preferred list, but otherwise, would go somewhere else next time.
