We were a little stressed because we came by immediately after the accident but the checkin process was seamless. We left the car on a weekend, got a quote early the next week, and they started work shortly afterwards. We received periodic text messages giving us status updates and an expected completion date. The repairs were completed on schedule. The work looks great and you would never know there was an accident!
