I was very happy with the service, it took awhile longer then I thought to get my car back but I didn't mind that. When I picked up my car everyone was very helpful and nice. My car was cleaned and vacuumed, which was a very nice surprise! 🙂

They completed the work much faster than my previous experience and were more communicative about the status of the repair as well. Unfortunately the new work does not completely align as the original grill and bumper but it is acceptable.

There was little to-no transparency with the timing of the repair. I dropped the car off since I was told the repair would only take a week. After a week passed, there was no contact so I contacted the shop myself, and they said it would be ready the following week. This became a recurring cycle until eventually a month passed and I finally got my vehicle back. This became a huge inconvenience as I had plans with my car that I was not comfortable doing with a rental.

They are fantastic - know their stuff - very friendly and went above and beyond at every stage. They are incredibly busy - and are making some changes to address that - due to which your updates/ communication sometimes could have been better. With the changes you have planned I am sure this will be addressed and then you will be a ten on ten. Finally - I am a total fan of this garage now and will come back and recommend you to my circle of friends. You guys are awesome.
