I waited over 30 days for my repairs for my Ford Taurus Limited. I had to pay for a rental car. And I received a portion back and there were additional withdrawals out of my personal account. . When I received my automobile back there were additional parts missing. Both front headlights didn’t work. I had to call waiting for my vehicle that was promised 5 additional weeks and got to the point I had to take the Ford to another body shop to pass the California DMV Smog test. And I waited for response for my seat belt. Not even a notification from just a letter or phone call. I got to the point I had to purchase another vehicle. I’m not impressed of Auto 360 . Mr Cesar Perez handle my car repairs with excellence, I’m not local in the Bay Area; I live in Los Angeles county and he was efficient with his work. I was very worried at the beginning but he make sure I was updated with the repairs. My car run smoothly like if nothing happened. Thank you 360 Garage for your efficient service!!!!
