The repair took a lot longer than initially expected/quoted and I had to call for status updates rather than receiving them preemptively

Repair took too long, kept getting delayed but no update by the staff. Had to keep calling to check on the status. Staff was friendly though. Quality of the repair/service is not the best

A 9 because no one updated me regarding my car. They sent me an uber driver 2x but the driver canceled it and they did not even call me. Overall I'm happy with the car repair :)

I didn’t notice I til I left the lot, but there is a clinking sound coming from under the front bumper where there fixed something. Called back and left a message for a return call and didn’t get a call back, I also emailed about the matter, then called a number of times and no one was picking up. I’d appreciate a call back, I noticed it is a very busy place and I understand the delay. Here’s my number 415-312-7185 - Rolan . I had a black 2020 Toyota Corolla that was serviced. Thank you
