Repairs on my car were very quick and efficient. But I did notice when driving, I could hear wind coming from my drivers side window. Even though all windows are up, I can hear as if there’s a crack from my drivers side window. So I would like to bring the car back in to double check on that door that was replaced.

First off Gerald was amazing, he Sympathized with what I was going threw dealing with having transportation for my daughter to get back and forth to work, and taking over the bill for my rental and deducting my deductible,definitely please with auto 360s work and would Recommend another Friend. Gerald was very professional with me when it came to describing all the items done to our car and what the repairs were that were done. Gerald even explained how each part worked and how the repair helped our car get moving. They even did multiple test drives after the repairs, which was very comforting to me. I had one more request when we checked the after affect of the car and Gerald did it so swiftly. The waiting room is so pretty and very cozy. It doesn't feel like other mechanics where it is dry and lonely. They had fresh water in the mini fridge, a nice tea and coffee maker I think, a big flat screen TV to watch while waiting, and an overall really nice staff that is so sympathetic to our life's issues. Thank you Gerald and Team! Front desk lady was so sweet and very professional. She was so organized with her paperwork! I loved the experience. I would bring my car here again just for any random repairs. They are really awesome people. God bless all of them!

My vehicle is not drivable, and before I brang my vehicle to the Auto 360 shop my vehicle had no issues, I only needed my ignition and door lock fixed, and now my vehicle is leaking badly from the bottom and my vehicles battery doesn't turn on and there are a lot of things wrong with my vehicle that was not there before, so I am not happy with the service I received. Also when I came to pick up my vehicle the vehicle did not turn on and I had to ask one of the employees at the 360 shop to give me jump on a vehicle that I just paid over a thousand dollars to get fixed, and that was shocking and unbelievable to me.
