Flawless from the start! Auto 360 Garage took me in as a walk in to inspect the under carriage of my Benz and quickly gave me an estimate for the repair. Lanna was great with her prompt response to my request and even asked the technician to pull apart the hanging pieces of the under carriage without me asking. They ordered the part for me the next day and had me in the shop to take care of it under one hour. Thanks for everything!

I was satisfied with services provided. However, you should probably look into QCing some of the body work completed. I understand my van is damaged in multiple places, so the imperfections that was left behind doesn’t bother me however might be a big deal to someone else. I gave the 10 cause of the folks in the office are so friendly and easy to deal with. I understand how surveys work and I don’t want to diminish the great work ethic the office personnel provided.
