I got sick after l got my car… and yesterday while doing car wash I’ve noticed that it’s not fully painted I saw some dents and scratches😔I trusted you guys to fix everything I thought you guys check everything about my car but I guess you guys only focus on the big damaged outer part😔😔😔 but anyways thanks

Everything look good but the steering alignment, the steering wheel is off 2° to the left steering wheel need to be synced with the alignment

I don't believe the diagnostic test and assessment of my vehicle was thorough, or was even done properly. When I took it to another mechanic, the diagnosis was very different and very accurate, with pictures to show the work they did. I believe Auto360 mechanic just drove my car around, heard the noise it was making and came out with a possible diagnosis, but didn't check under the hood and see that the gasket had blown and that the engine was totally damaged.

I had to email and call twice to get them to send me the diagnostic report. It wasn't offered to me when I paid and checked out, I had to call and then email and then call to ask for it, and then it was finally sent to me. I shouldn't have to chase down information as to what I paid $195 for!

Work was great. The only reason I give you a 9 is because you told me my car was ready and I went to pick it up, but there was a miscommunication and it wasn’t ready. It took another day.

There were several scatches from removing the bed of the truck on my truck that were there when I picked it. There were other areas where there were scratches and the Gas tank intake was not fixed when I picked went to pick it up. I was really expecting more attention to the details.
