If we cannot safely repair a vehicle that we would put our own kids in, we do not expect you to put your loved ones in that vehicle either. These people are pros at what they are doing. The lift gate on my Subaru needed replacement and upon receiving my vehicle post-repair I was awestruck by the quality of work. The mechanics and the color match are all perfect!

Depends on the friend/family and their ability to handle people. I think they do good work but in all candor, the customer service angle is MUCH better at the abc location in Millard which we’ve used maybe 6 times or so….the bar on C/S was set high by those folks.

I think the repairs to the body of the car were done very well. The body of the car appears better than it did prior to the theft of the vehicle which precipitated the need for repairs.

My wife’s interaction with Rick was not good. She found him condescending and brusk at best. Plus, due to poor communication, she was required to make another visit to their shop after being in the shop the prior day. Also, the thief had a bunch of belongings in the trunk and Rick told my wife they would get rid it it. That didn’t happen. Anna was very pleasant and easy to deal with.
